We deliver all year long!

  • How long is the rental period?
    The available rental periods are for 5 or 7 days. We will clean, wrap, and leave the baby bundle, at the front door when we return to pick up the sign.
  • How long is the Cupcake and Flamingo rental period?
    The rental period is 3 days. If additional time is needed, there would be an additional charge. We will clean, wrap, and leave the star or cloud at the front door when we return to pick up the sign.
  • How far in advance should I order my sign?
    We strive to deliver your sign within 24 hours of placing an order. “Khloe’s Storks and More” receives orders online 24/7 or you can contact us by phone whenever you’re ready.
  • Can I reserve a sign before the baby is born?
    Yes. Simply order a sign and include the baby’s expected due date in the appropriate space on “Khloe’s Storks and More” online order form. We will then contact you to gather additional information.
  • What do you offer for the grandparents?
    If a grandparent stork is ordered at the same time as the sign for the new parents, the rental time will be the same as for the primary stork. The price would be fixed at the 5 day rental and there may be an additional charge for an out of area delivery.
  • Where do you deliver?
    We proudly serve the Southwest suburbs and parts of the Western suburbs of Chicago, including: Burr Ridge, Countryside, Darien, Frankfort, Hickory Hills, Hinsdale, Homer Glen, LaGrange, Lemont, Lockport, Mokena, New Lenox, Orland Park, Orland Hills, Palos Heights, Palos Hills, Palos Park, Tinley Park, Western Springs, Willowbrook, and Worth with Free Delivery. We also delivery to many of the other surrounding suburbs such as Oak Lawn, Manhattan, Evergreen Park, and others, for an additional delivery charge.
  • Where will you place the sign in the yard?
    We use our best judgment regarding sign placement to ensure optimal visibility and a pleasing backdrop for photographs. If there is a specific spot you would like the sign to be placed, please notify us when you place your order. Mark the location with a clearly visible marker, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee exact placement of the sign if you are not at home when we deliver the sign and/or if you have not marked the location in the yard with a clearly visible marker.
  • Can I move, mow around, or attach anything to the yard signs?"
    Please do not move and/or remove the yard sign as damage can occur. Please use extreme caution when mowing or weed whacking near the sign as damage can occur if any contact is made with the sign. Do not attach anything to the sign, including balloons. When a balloon pops the sun bakes the latex into the sign causing permanent damage. By paying for the rental, you agree to pay for, and assume full liability for, any non-weather related damage to the actual sign.
  • What happens if I damage the yard sign?
    If you notice any damage on the sign please notify “Khloe’s Storks & More” immediately. Our signs are durable, weather-resistant and designed to last. However, the signs are not designed for climbing. We are not responsible or liable for any and all injuries involving the sign while on the renter’s property. By paying fo the rental, you agree to pay for, and assume full liability for, any non-weather related damage to the actual sign.
  • How can I include siblings and pets?
    Sibling stars and Dog Bones are ordered at the same time as the stork sign for the new parents, and are kept as a personalized keepsakes. This would be a perfect addition to a sibling's room decor or over a bed/food bowl area for your dog.
  • What is your refund policy?
    You will receive a full refund if any of the following apply: You cancel your sign rental at least 24 hours in advance, and before the keepsake item is completed (verifiable by photo of item). If keepsake is completed, you would have to pay $50 for the item and you would get to keep it. Extreme weather conditions prevent us from setting up your sign, within a 5 day range. You will not receive a refund if any of the following apply: We are unable to get into a gated community because we were not given a gate code or it doesn’t work. The security guard at a gated community refuses to allow us entry. It is important that you make arrangements with the guard to give us access prior to the moment of delivery. The homeowner or recipient does not allow us to set up the sign or calls us to request that we pick up the sign prior to the end of the rental period. If a dog or other animal is threatening or refuses to allow us onto the property. THERE WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL TRAVEL CHARGE IF WE HAVE TO RETURN FOR THE INSTALLATION.
